Former festival chief Olly Arkins voted Sydney deputy lord mayor

Former Australian Festival Association CEO Olly Arkins has been voted deputy lord mayor of the City of Sydney in a unanimous council vote. Billboard reported the vote on 24 September. The City's meetings site lists Arkins as deputy. Arkins led the AFA for five years and joined council in September 2024.
