King Haakon carried Princess Astrid's coffin at Oslo funeral

King Haakon helped carry Princess Astrid's coffin from Ris Church in Oslo on 23 September 2026. He was one of seven pallbearers. Astrid, 94, died 11 September. She was laid to rest at Akershus Fortress beside Johan Martin Ferner, her husband from 1961 to 2015.
