Justice Department Asks Judge to Uphold Trump Press Ban

The Justice Department asked Judge Timothy Kelly to allow President Trump's ban on CNN, Politico and MS Now at the White House to stand. It says press access is a privilege, not a guaranteed right, citing national security. The outlets sued Monday to regain hard passes — long-term press credentials.
