DOJ asks judge to uphold Trump ban on three news outlets

The Justice Department asked U.S. District Judge Timothy Kelly to let President Trump enforce a White House ban on CNN, Politico and MS Now. It argued access is a privilege, not a right, and cited national security. The outlets sued Monday to restore hard passes; Kelly is expected to hear the case Wednesday at 3:30 p.m. ET.
