Trump Meets Venezuela's Interim President Rodríguez in New York

President Donald Trump met Venezuela's interim president Delcy Rodríguez late Tuesday at the Lotte New York Palace during the UN General Assembly, the annual world-leaders meeting. Secretary of State Marco Rubio and deputy chief of staff Stephen Miller attended. Rodríguez, former vice-president under Nicolás Maduro, called talks "historic."
