Trump Met Venezuelan Interim President Rodríguez in New York

Venezuela's interim president Delcy Rodríguez, former vice-president under Nicolás Maduro, met President Donald Trump late Tuesday at the Lotte New York Palace during the UN General Assembly. Secretary of State Marco Rubio and deputy chief of staff Stephen Miller attended. Rodríguez called the talks "historic."
