Morocco's Young People Are Underrepresented on Voter Rolls

Young Moroccans aged 18-24 are about 12% of the country's 36.8 million people, but only 4% of 15.8 million registered voters ahead of September 23 legislative elections, which choose parliament, the 12th since independence. Authorities say the vote aims to increase youth representation. Youth turnout will show if that gap closes.
