Few Young Moroccans Are Signed Up to Vote

People aged 18-24 are about 12% of Morocco's 36.8 million people, but only 4% of 15.8 million people signed up to vote before the September 23 parliament vote, the 12th since independence. Leaders say they want more young voices. How many young people vote will show if the gap shrinks.
