She's Alive, the corporation managing Dolly Parton's business ventures, sought a restraining order against nephew Bryan Seaver on Sept. 22 in Davidson County Chancery Court in Nashville. The filing follows his Sept. 15 dismissal as head of security, according to court papers reported by Rolling Stone.
