TikTok's U.S. Unit Joins Cross-Platform Child-Safety Network Lantern

TikTok USDS Joint Venture is joining Lantern, the Tech Coalition program started in 2023 for sharing warning signs about child exploitation across platforms. Existing members include Google, Meta, Microsoft, Apple, Discord and others, with over 2 million signals shared through 2025. The U.S. unit will swap such indicators to track offenders active on multiple services.
