Neale to miss Grand Final after first ban in 320 games upheld

Brisbane's Lachie Neale will miss Saturday's grand final against Fremantle after the tribunal upheld his one-match ban for striking Hawthorn's Jack Ginnivan. The panel ruled the preliminary-final contact intentional with medium impact off the ball, away from the contest. The 33-year-old two-time Brownlow medallist, who captained Brisbane to two premierships, had never been suspended in 320 games.
