1604 portrait credited to Claudio del Bufalo was by Claudia del Bufalo

The Art Newspaper reported researcher Francesca Curti found the 1604 Portrait of Faustina del Bufalo, long credited to Claudio del Bufalo, was by Claudia del Bufalo; its inscription names her sister as sitter. It joins Woman Painter at the National Museum in Oslo, running 8 October to 7 February 2027, the paper reported.
