CAE's U.S. arm keeps $300M Air Force training contract despite procurement ban

CAE USA, the American defence arm of Montreal-based CAE Inc., said Sept. 21 it won a $300-million recompete to stay as lead contractor for U.S. Air Force C-130H crew training until December 2035. A recompete is an open contest for existing work. The award came five days after a Sept. 16 U.S. order barring federal purchases of Canadian goods.
