CAE U.S. unit wins $300M Air Force training deal days after U.S. ban on Canadian procurement

CAE USA, the American defence division of Montreal-based CAE Inc., announced Sept. 21 it had won a $300-million recompete to remain prime contractor for the U.S. Air Force C-130H aircrew training system through December 2035. The award followed by five days a Sept. 16 U.S. decree banning federal procurement of Canadian items.
