Colston's Remains Expected to Stay Buried in Bristol Church

Edward Colston's remains will likely stay buried at Bristol's All Saints church, Dean Mandy Ford said, pointing to Church guidance against disturbing Christian burials. Colston, a slave trader who profited from West African slavery, died in 1721. His statue was pulled down in 2020. The church has been closed since 1984.
