Edward Colston's body will likely stay buried at All Saints church in Bristol, church leader Mandy Ford said. Church rules say Christian graves should be left alone, undisturbed. Colston, a slave trader who made money from slavery in West Africa, died in 1721. His statue was pulled down in 2020. The church closed in 1984.
