Three Outlets to Sue Over White House Press Ban

CNN, Politico and MS NOW will sue Sept. 21 in federal court in Washington, D.C., they say, after reporters were turned away Saturday and press passes taken. The outlets claim the White House pulled credentials without warning over coverage, violating free-press protections (First Amendment) and fair procedure (due process). They expect emergency court hearings soon.
