CNN, Politico and MS NOW to Sue Over White House Ban

CNN, Politico and MS NOW say they will file suit Sept. 21 in U.S. District Court for the District of Columbia to protect First Amendment rights after journalists were turned away Saturday and credentials confiscated. They allege revocation "without notice or process" over coverage violates the First Amendment and due process protections. They said emergency hearings could follow quickly.
