Peters says nuclear-free policy had costs

Outgoing Foreign Minister Winston Peters gave his final speech to the New Zealand Institute of International Affairs at Parliament, RNZ reported. He said New Zealand's nuclear-free stance — refusing visits by nuclear-armed or powered ships — did come with costs.
