Former Sydney police officer denies murder as trial begins

Beau Lamarre-Condon, 31, pleaded not guilty to murdering Jesse Baird, 26, and Luke Davies, 29, as his trial opened in Sydney's Supreme Court on 21 September 2026. The former officer also denied aggravated break and enter, meaning illegal entry with serious factors. Prosecutors allege he shot the pair in Paddington in February 2024.
