Former officer pleads not guilty as Sydney double-murder trial opens

Beau Lamarre-Condon, 31, pleaded not guilty to murdering Jesse Baird, 26, and Luke Davies, 29, as his trial opened in Sydney's Supreme Court on 21 September 2026. The former police officer also denied aggravated break and enter. Prosecutors allege he shot the pair in Paddington in February 2024. Trial expected to run two to three months.
