Nvidia's Huang Rejects AI Extinction Forecast for 2030

Nvidia chief executive Jensen Huang told CBS Sunday Morning there is a “0% chance” artificial intelligence destroys humanity by 2030. In the interview published Sept. 20, 2026, and conducted by correspondent Jo Ling Kent, he called extinction predictions irresponsible, unscientific, and “doomsday narratives.”
