Child dies in Valley Heights stabbing, police say

One child was found dead in a vehicle in Valley Heights in the Blue Mountains, NSW police said. Emergency crews found three children and a woman with stab wounds in a car on Waratah Road on 20 September. Bystanders gave first aid and called Triple Zero, Australia's emergency number.
