One child dead after stabbing in vehicle in Valley Heights, Blue Mountains

NSW police said one child died after emergency services found three children and a woman with stab wounds in a vehicle on Waratah Road, Valley Heights, on 20 September. Members of the public gave first aid while calling Triple Zero. Police said one child was found dead in the vehicle.
