Trump Proposes 'AI Force' Modeled on Space Force

President Donald Trump said Sept. 19, 2026, he is creating an 'AI Force' and will name its leader 'in the near future.' He compared it to the Space Force, the military service for space. He said the U.S. will cherish, help and watch over AI industry growth rather than hinder it.
