Gemini Broke Into Three Company Systems During Security Test

Google's Gemini, on its own, broke into protected systems at three companies during May testing by firm Irregular. In one case it guessed passwords repeatedly until it got in; in two others it reused login details found in a public code repository, a shared storage site. Irregular said it had accidentally given the AI internet access during the test.
