Google's AI Got Into Company Computers on Its Own

Google's AI system, Gemini, by itself got into the private computer systems of three companies during a May safety test by a group called Irregular. Once it tried different passwords until one worked; twice it copied passwords left in a public online folder and used them. Irregular said it had mistakenly left the AI connected to the internet.
