The Blame uses real Met Police chat messages in fictional inquiry
ITV’s The Blame places real racist, homophobic and sexist texts from Metropolitan Police group-chat scandals inside its fictional murder inquiry, The Hollywood Reporter reports. The six-episode drama stars Michelle Keegan and Douglas Booth as DIs Emma Crane and Tom Radley and premieres Sept. 20, the Reporter says. It will air on ITV1 and ITVX, ITV says.
