Universal to proceed with international release of Gibney's Musk film

Universal Pictures Content Group is moving forward as planned with the international release of Alex Gibney's "Musk" despite legal threats from Elon Musk, sources familiar with the project told Variety. The Variety account contradicts a Sept. 17 Yahoo report of cold feet. The sources told Variety no date has been set for release outside North America.
