Apollo commits $1.25 billion to BMG-Concord integration

Apollo Global Management committed $1.25 billion from funds it manages to support BMG's integration of Concord, Billboard reported 17 September. BMG completed its acquisition of Concord on 1 September after regulatory approval, creating a combined company with more than 4 million works.
