2032 Olympic Rowing Venue Is Home to 500 Saltwater Crocodiles

Rockhampton’s Fitzroy River, approved by World Rowing and the IOC to host rowing and canoe sprint at the 2032 Brisbane Olympics and Paralympics, is home to about 500 saltwater crocodiles growing up to four metres. Queensland records show no human attacks there in more than 40 years.
