Olympic Boat Races to Be Held Where 500 Large Crocodiles Live

The rowing and canoe sprint events at the 2032 Brisbane Olympics and Paralympics will be on Rockhampton, Queensland's Fitzroy River, home to about 500 saltwater crocodiles up to four metres long, about as long as a car. World Rowing and the IOC approved it. Queensland records list no attacks on people there in over 40 years.
