Charity calls for 18-week dementia target in England

The Alzheimer's Society said England should have its first dementia waiting-time target. It said people referred with suspected dementia should receive an accurate diagnosis, care plan and treatment access within 18 weeks. The charity said no such target exists. Health is devolved, so it would apply in England only.
