U.N. experts say U.S. strikes on Iranian school, sports centre may be war crimes

U.N.-commissioned rights experts said Sept. 17 there are reasonable grounds to call U.S. strikes on a girls' school in Minab and an Iranian sports centre war crimes — grave breaches of wartime law.
