U.N. experts say U.S. strikes on Iranian school and sports centre may be war crimes

U.N.-commissioned human rights experts said Sept. 17 they found "reasonable grounds" to believe U.S. strikes on a girls' school in Minab and a sports centre in Iran were war crimes. They said the circumstances went beyond negligence. Accountability now depends on whether domestic or international bodies pursue targeting and precaution failures.
