Lakeview High Requires Parent Note on Period Length for Missed Swims

Lakeview High School's gym rules require girls missing swim class for periods to bring a parent note or email stating how long the period will last, reported Sept. 17. They must still do dry-land exercise instead; missed days not made up lower grades as non-participation. Superintendent Karl D Paulson said the district asked to meet the concerned parent.
