Lakeview High School Asks for Parent Note to Skip Pool During Period

Lakeview High's gym rules say girls who skip pool class because of periods need a parent note or email saying how many days it lasts, reported Sept. 17. They must do exercise outside the pool instead; days not made up lower their grade. Superintendent Karl D Paulson said the district asked to meet the worried parent.
