FTC Demands More Paperwork on Caesars-Fertitta Merger

Caesars-Fertitta merger faces a longer wait. Both companies got a 'second request' from the Federal Trade Commission on Sept. 14, Caesars said in a filing. That's a formal call for more documents. They can't close until 30 days after both companies confirm they've largely complied.
