Comp AI raised $34 million in a Series A round, an early-stage venture investment, led by Roo Capital and Grand Ventures. The financing, disclosed Sept. 17, 2026, brings total funding to $37.5 million. The cybersecurity and compliance startup was founded by CEO Lewis Carhart, COO Claudio Fuentes and CTO Mariano Fuentes.
