Comp AI announced a $34 million Series A led by Roo Capital and Grand Ventures, bringing total funding to $37.5 million. The cybersecurity and compliance startup was founded by CEO Lewis Carhart, COO Claudio Fuentes and CTO Mariano Fuentes. Financing was disclosed Sept. 17, 2026.
