Leicestershire docked 27 points over poor pitch, left bottom of Division One

Leicestershire have lost 27 points after the Grace Road pitch for the win over Glamorgan was rated poor. The Discipline Panel stripped the 19 points from that victory and added an eight-point penalty plus a £5,000 fine. The club sit bottom of Division One, 38 points adrift of safety and all but relegated.
