War-Damaged Gaza City Block Collapse Kills at Least 21

At least 21 people died when the war-damaged al-Saada building in western Gaza City collapsed early Sept. 16. The multi-storey block was sheltering displaced families — people forced from their homes by fighting. The dead include 11 children and five women. Earlier reports listed at least 10 dead, with up to 70 believed missing.
