War-damaged building collapse in western Gaza City kills at least 21

The al-Saada building, a war-damaged multi-storey block in western Gaza City housing displaced families, collapsed early Sept. 16. At least 21 people were killed, including 11 children and five women. Early reports cited at least 10 dead, with up to 70 believed missing.
