Finland is compressing decades of nuclear-sharing integration into three years. Since joining NATO in April 2023, it has amended its Nuclear Energy Act and Criminal Code, placed its Defence Minister on NATO's Nuclear Planning Group, and joined the Alliance's annual nuclear exercises.
