Unsafe Gaza City building collapses, killing at least 12

At least 12 people, including children, died when a war-damaged multi-storey building collapsed overnight before Sept. 16 in Tal al-Hawa, Gaza City, local rescuers and Shifa Hospital said. Locals said 10 families were sheltering inside despite warnings it was unsafe. Such damaged buildings remain deadly even without a new strike.
