Gaza building weakened by war falls, killing at least 12

At least 12 people, including children, were killed when a building weakened by earlier fighting fell down overnight before Sept. 16 in Tal al-Hawa, Gaza City, local rescuers and Shifa Hospital said. Locals said 10 families were living inside, like taking shelter in a cracked house, though warned it was unsafe. Such weakened buildings can still kill without new fighting.
