Supreme Court Blocks Trump Mail-Voting Rules Before Midterms

The Supreme Court on Monday blocked President Donald Trump's plan to tighten mail-voting rules for the midterms, the congressional elections halfway through a presidency. The plan required redesigned ballot envelopes and sharing voter lists with the Postal Service. Officials said there was no time before mailing. Trump condemned the ruling; California Gov.
