
Rove Breaks 32-Year GOP Streak Over Texas Railroad Contest
Karl Rove, longtime adviser to former President George W. Bush, will vote Democrat for Texas railroad commission, the energy regulator. He told a private Austin event he could not back Republican Bo French after French's post about UT students. Rove called French "a bigot" and said he will vote for Houston Democrat Jon Rosenthal, ending 32 years of voting Republican.
