A Longtime Republican Says He Will Vote Democrat in Texas

Karl Rove, longtime adviser to former President George W. Bush, will vote Democrat in Texas. At a private Austin event, he said he cannot support Republican Bo French for railroad commission, Texas's energy regulator, after French's post about University of Texas students. He called French "a bigot" and will vote for Houston Democrat Jon Rosenthal, after 32 years backing Republicans.
