Jexxa brings fully offline dictation to Macs

Jexxa offers Mac dictation that runs entirely on the computer, using a speech model stored on disk. The company says no audio or text leaves the Mac, and it works without Wi-Fi. It needs macOS 14 or later on Apple silicon, with a 3.1 GB version for 16 GB systems and 2.0 GB for 8 GB systems.
